SHIPPING POLICY
International:
We offer shipping service to assist customers that are shipping OUTSIDE China mainland. Shipping fees will be charged according to the packaging sizes and weights.
*Once orders arrive in the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS POLICY
We offer returns on damaged or defective items for orders.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For health, safety and customized reasons, we don’t accept returns on underclothes, disposable items and customized items.
- If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact hello@irilumarket.com and our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.

To ensure you receive a full refund and your return process goes smoothly, please remember:
- Products must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
- Keep all tags and invoices attached to unused items.
- Prevent perfume, smoke, and deodorant from contacting garments and textiles.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that do not meet our unused conditions, hygiene and health standards.
