We endeavor to make refunding or exchanging an order as easy as possible for our clients. We offer refunds / exchanges on all IRILU Marketplace purchases. Items can be refunded within 7 days of delivery for all full price items, if refund conditions specified below are met. All final sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. We advise that you check your order upon invoice / packing list. If there is an issue, please contact our customer support. We cannot accept refunds or exchanges 7 days after you have received the items.
Refunds / Return-Exchange Conditions
IRILU marketplace accepts refunds / return-exchange of damaged items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in original selling condition with all tags attached.
The following items will NOT be accepted:
- Incomplete, damaged, used, altered and washed returns or anything IRILU reasonably believes has been used.
- Hosiery items (Such as disposable items, socks, underwear etc.) if their package has been opened.
- Any personalized or monogrammed items.
- Discounted or sale items.
- Gift Wrapping & Packages.
- Digital Gift Cards.
Returns that do not comply with the IRILU Marketplace returns policy will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer. Return shipping fee will be handled by customer.
How to Exchange An Order?
Please follow the standard returns procedure to return the items you do not wish to keep.
How to return an order?
If you wish to return an order, please check the Returns Exchange Conditions in the first place. Then:
1. Log into your account. Click on your order and select the items you wish to return. No IRILU account? Please contact customer services and await for return confirmation. All return requests will need to provide photos to assist and await for return confirmation.
2. Carefully pack the items with all tags and invoice/packing list attached.
3. Pack using the original packaging and carton. Seal securely and attach the return shipping label that came with your order to the outside of the box.
4. Book your complimentary collection by phoning your local DHL/Fedex office or by using the forwarders.
Refund Procedure
On receipt of the returned goods or photo proves of damaged goods, every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. Returns-exchanges are processed within 14 days, but usually a lot quicker.
A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and the refund has been credited to your original payment method.
Please note, refunds will be credited only to the original payment method that was used.
IRILU reserves the right to refuse the refunds / return-exchange of any merchandise that does not meet our refund condition requirements.
